These business cards were letterpress printed, embossed and sewn on 110 lb. lettra. Embossing holds up quite well on 110lb. lettra and adds a great effect. We printed next to eachother to keep the sewing line as consistent as possible. When trimming the cards down, the embossed areas fit right into each other, which prevented the pressure of the paper cutter from flattening them out.
